A good person. One who wishes other's well. Yet I constantly notice automatic negativeness in me. I don't like it and seek to shed it. I guess noticing it is the first step. For example, my friend recently texted me to ask me to get a mutual friend a present (she's going into hospital for an operation), or add money to mine (I hadn't even thought of getting one!). My initial thought was 'that means I have to get one', my second was 'I don't remember her buying me a gift when I was in hospital'. Now I'm a student at the moment so money is tight. I was going to get some flowers when I visited my friend. Now I had to think of something big between us. Has anyone experience this kind of unwanted negativity within them?

Smile.
